General Terms and Conditions for Social Media Competitions and Prize Draws

These General Terms and Conditions apply to competitions and prize draws organized by Vision Bank through its official social media platforms, unless a competition or prize draw is subject to separate, specific terms and conditions, in which case such specific terms and conditions shall apply.

1. Eligibility

- Participation is open to Saudi citizens and residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aged 18 years and above.

- Any additional eligibility criteria or participation requirements shall be specified in the official campaign or competition announcement or through the accompanying link, if applicable.

- Employees of Vision Bank and their first-degree relatives, as well as employees of entities contracted by the Bank who are involved in organizing or executing the campaign or competition, are not eligible to participate.

2. Campaign Duration and Participation Mechanism

- The start and end dates of each campaign or competition shall be specified in the relevant official announcement.

- The participation mechanism, qualifying transactions or actions, the duration of the contest, the number of entries or chances to win, details regarding the prizes, and any additional requirements are specified in the official post for the campaign or contest.

- Participants must comply with all announced terms and requirements to be eligible to participate.

3. Prizes

- Prizes may be monetary or non-monetary. The type, value, and number of prizes shall be specified in the official campaign or competition announcement.

- To receive monetary prizes deposited into a bank account, winners must have an active current account with Vision Bank. Winners who do not hold an account must open one to complete the prize deposit process.

4. Winner Selection and Announcement

- The winner selection mechanism, number of winners, and prize draw dates shall be specified in the official campaign or competition announcement.

- Winners will be selected from eligible participants who meet the announced terms and conditions, in accordance with the selection mechanism specified for each campaign or competition, within 7 business days of its conclusion via an electronic random draw.

- Winners must provide the information and documentation required to verify their eligibility and complete the prize delivery process within the time frame specified by the Bank.

- If a winner fails to respond or does not meet the eligibility requirements, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternative winner in accordance with the applicable campaign or competition mechanism.

5. Participation Rules

- The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any entry involving false information, manipulation, fraud, or violations of the announced terms and conditions.

- Entries containing offensive content, content that violates applicable laws or public morals, or content that infringes intellectual property rights or the privacy of others shall not be accepted.

- Participants are responsible for the content they submit and acknowledge that they hold the necessary rights to use and publish such content.

- Vision Bank reserves the right to repost or share submitted content through its official channels for purposes related to the campaign or competition, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

- Vision Bank collects and processes participants' personal data to the extent necessary to administer campaigns and competitions, verify eligibility, communicate with winners, and deliver prizes.

- The processing of personal data shall be subject to the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), other applicable laws and regulations, and Vision Bank's approved Privacy Policy.

7. General Provisions

- These General Terms and Conditions shall not apply to promotional campaigns governed by separate, specific terms and conditions. The approved terms and conditions of each such campaign shall govern participation requirements, prize draw mechanisms, prizes, and any other relevant provisions.

- All details relating to each campaign or competition, including its duration, eligibility requirements, participation mechanism, prizes, and winner selection process, shall be specified in the relevant official announcement.

- Vision Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any competition for regulatory reasons or due to justified exceptional circumstances, while respecting the rights of participants and providing notification through its official channels.

- Vision Bank reserves the right to verify compliance with all eligibility and participation requirements before confirming winners and awarding prizes.

- All promotional campaigns, competitions, and prize draws shall be subject to the applicable laws, regulations, and instructions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

- In the event of any discrepancy between the Arabic and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
